We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Digital Activation Strategist to join our close-knit programmatic team. The position will manage digital media buys for our premier automotive clients.
This position will be responsible for the management and strategy of in-house digital media to run campaigns effectively and efficiently. The Digital Activation Strategist will participate in planning process and selection of digital media tactics and must have a well-rounded digital marketing background. You will be a field team and client resource for communication of campaign effectiveness and all other related media discussions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor campaign performance per associated KPI’s and manage daily spend, budgets, targeting, and optimizations of media running through DSPs
- Review and document orders received from Media Team and coordinate with ad ops on ad trafficking in Campaign Manager
- Ensure all campaigns elements have been provided to Trading Team and will launch as expected
- Collaboration with various internal and external teams to verify timely creative swaps
- Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets leveraging excel to improve campaign strategy
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insight into campaign strategy across multiple tactics
- Contribute to Media Planning Team as requested for markets in assigned region and assist in building and improving the programmatic offering
- Resolve missing or discrepant invoice issues with internal and external contacts
- Work closely with Trading Team to determine when new IOs are needed or when new tactics need to be added
- Provide direction to Activation Assistants / Junior Activation Strategists

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Four-year degree in the area of Advertising, Marketing, Media or a similar discipline
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in programmatic buying, media planning / buying or other relevant experience
- Ability to deliver quality work in a short turnaround time
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with filters and formulas such as VLOOKUP is plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which to thrive
- Success with prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills and desire to work in a team atmosphere
- Familiarity with digital advertising and its KPIs

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Social Trading Coordinator to join our close-knit team. The position will manage paid social media buys for our premier automotive clients and collaborate the Martin Retail field organization across the U.S.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter paid social buys into various social platforms natively and via bulk uploading: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ensure creative direction received is running in each market and launched according to order received in a timely manner
- Review and sign orders received
- Document order confirmations
- Document upcoming revisions needed from Digital Buying Team
- Provide social platform recommendations for markets within a region
- Assist with analysis on social performance and provide insight into campaign performance

Media Planning Assistant

Provides support to a team of Media Planners across all aspects of the group's functions. Will utilize research tools to gather data to develop media recommendations and presentations, collaborate among the team to offer appropriate support for planning assignments and special projects, and assist in the maintenance of media plans and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Access syndicated research tools such as Scarborough, Nielsen, and SQAD to pull demographic data and consumer profiles to help identify specific media vehicles and strategies to best reach a target audience
- Assist in maintaining flowcharts/plans
- Assist in maintaining budget updates and spreadsheets
- Prepare Excel reports and assist with analyzing media planning data
- Work closely with Planners to help prepare/edit PowerPoint presentations and other details presented to field clients

Qualifications:
- Four-year degree in the area of Advertising, Marketing or a similar discipline
- A minimum of one college course during which media planning was a topic studied
- Completion of a project that centered around and/or included media planning as part of the assignment

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Data Analyst to join our close-knit team. The position will utilize various digital data platforms, with a heavy use of Power BI, to gather, analyze and report out on various projects. Projects will include developing reports, identifying and explaining trends, finding solutions and communicating results for our premier automotive clients, internal digital teams and collaborate with the Martin Retail field organization across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for existing applications and services provided by the Reporting Team, specifically in PowerBI and Tableau.
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems relating to data cleaning and modeling.
- Collaborate with business units and team members to determine root cause and appropriate functional solutions.
- Dig into the details of data using Power Query, interpret and report on the data using Power BI.
- Generates and distribute ad hoc digital reports utilizing sharp analytical skills
- Support the Digital Team & Field Team with various requests and questions
- Aid the Ad Ops, Campaign Management and Buying teams to problem solve potential issues where data analysis is needed
- Absorb information from all teams and clients to be a well-rounded communicator to steward projects and communicate status updates

Education we’re seeking:
- Four-year degree in the area of Computer Science, Data Science or a similar discipline (with a focus in Advertising, Marketing preferred)
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in data analysis (digital media experience is a plus)
- Ability to deliver quality work in tight turnaround times
- Interpersonal skills to work with a variety of people in different internal departments and external vendors and clients across the US
- Proficiency in Excel, Work and PowerPoint

Skills and abilities we’re seeking:
- Prefer three to five years background in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- 1-3 years Experience with Power BI required. The most successful candidate will be one who enjoys spending much of their day working in Power BI.
- Build basic visuals
- Leverage Power Query to clean and model large data sets
- Connect and refresh data sources
- Work with webservice
- Sharp and reliable analytical skills loving to dig into data, interpret it and report findings
- Intermediate or above Excel knowledge is required.
- Familiarity with VLOOKUP, INDEX, nested statements, etc.
- Familiarity with Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
- PowerPivot experience is even better
- Required skills:
- Advanced understanding of Power Query
- Knowledge of DAX and M languages
- Intermediate understanding of PowerPoint
- Preferred skills:
- MySQL, VizQL or any SQL experience
- ETL experience with cloud based DBMS
- Ability to effectively create dashboard layouts
