We have an excellent opportunity for an entry-level individual to join our team in the position of Account Coordinator. Working with our South Central Region office, this person will be responsible for assisting in the daily management of the office and providing broad support across all facets of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Assigned regional and Local Marketing Association (LMA) duties, varies weekly
- Client and competitor data “pulls” and data manipulation
- Secure client approval of media and production EAs (estimates)
- Maintain central filing system for GM incentive programs, sales, media schedules, commercials, catalogs, product information, EAs, etc.
- Ongoing exposure to plan development (eventual input to planning process)
- Heavy tracking of internal reports and metrics
- Maintain office calendar and arrange meetings
- Maintain office supplies
- Trained as a backfill to the Account Executive position, for needed support and individual’s future growth

Manage a team of Planners whose responsibility is to develop effective brand specific media plans for clients. Work closely with client/management/other media teams to deliver results for retail clients. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver the best results for our clients.
General job duties include:
- Manage, train, and help grow and develop a team of Media Planners and Assistants.
- Oversee and assist with the development of integrated media plans for our Tier 2 automotive clients
- Supervise your team as they facilitate the presentation and execution of media plans and manage revisions
- Participate in ensuring media plan aligns with national/regional agency
- Analyze media alternatives and make recommendations based on current strategic direction and provide guidance to Planners in this area, as well
- Provide agency point of view on new media opportunities, as needed
- Support your team working with our Account Executives in the field to determine specific market priorities and to determine a workable budget for quarterly/annual planning.
- Oversee the team and assist with establishing prototype Planning decks outlining media usage/opportunities by vehicle intenders.
- Work with your team and assist with developing Planning “blocks” based on varying effective reach levels primarily for Spot television, but also can be needed for other media. Blocks are developed by DMA using Strata.
- Manage flowchart development, timeliness and accuracy across team. Media Tools is MRG’s flowchart software.
- Work with Buying Supervisors to insure buys deliver to plan. Troubleshoot where needed
- Maintain strong work ethic of team.
- Assist department manager with special projects

Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Digital Traffic Assistant to join our close-knit team. This position is responsible for pulling and managing daily reports, tracking campaign details and processing campaign ad tags. The Digital Traffic Assistant is also responsible for helping to address ad tag questions for new campaigns along with troubleshooting issues working closely with field teams, digital buyers, and Display/Video Production feed managers.

The individual will assist with the coordination, executive and communication of advertising activities for the Western Region and Buick-GMC Local Marketing Associations (LMAs).
Responsibilities:
- Support an Account Supervisor in managing multiple LMA groups
- Maintain contact with and obtain input from Account Supervisors for implementation of advertising programs (including model selections, incentive selections, creative rotations, etc)
- Communicate regularly with Regional Account Director and Account Supervisors within the market to obtain both direction and offer strategic insight
- Manage and distribute regular Regional Reporting, including weekly inventory reports and sales reporting for internal team and client team
