Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Digital Traffic Assistant to join our close-knit team. This position is responsible for pulling and managing daily reports, tracking campaign details and processing campaign ad tags. The Digital Traffic Assistant is also responsible for helping to address ad tag questions for new campaigns along with troubleshooting issues working closely with field teams, digital buyers, and Display/Video Production feed managers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pull and manage daily reports
- Track and process campaign ad tags
- Work alongside offshore team to process requests for your assigned region(s)
- Send ad tags to vendors and troubleshoot issues
- Communicate and find solutions with digital buyers when errors occur
- Communicate with field teams regarding campaign details, such as landing page URL’s, creatives, and tag rotations
- Assist Display/Video Production feed managers
- Coordinate with video production during vendor onboarding
- Send off site profiles to be created in ad server for new vendors

Senior Media Buyer

Summary:
Negotiate, purchase and monitor advertising space and airtime on behalf of clients. The objective is to reach the highest number of people in the target audience at the lowest possible costs for our clients while operating within company and industry standards of practice. Complete all market buys from beginning to end achieving the best outcomes for our clients, developing and maintaining professional relationships with media vendors, and providing our internal customers and service providers with what is needed on a timely basis. Provide guidance and coaching to less senior Buyers and Media Assistants.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate, negotiate, and purchase all media including spot TV, radio, print, outdoor, and digital taking into consideration market conditions, historical pricing, and other such factors
- Coordinate with Traffic to ensure that all confirmed buys are uploaded in a timely manner
- Work through makegoods on timely basis
- Adhere to posting and other such requirements according to department standards
- Provide assistance to Media Billing Client Business Manager to reconcile invoice, solve missing invoice issues and similar tasks
- Provide direction to Media Assistants and assist with their development toward the Junior Buyer position

We have an excellent opportunity for an entry-level individual to join our Account Services team in the position of Account Coordinator. The individual will assist with the coordination, executive and communication of advertising activities for the Western Region and Buick-GMC Local Marketing Associations (LMAs).
Responsibilities:
- Support an Account Supervisor in managing multiple LMA groups
- Maintain contact with and obtain input from Account Supervisors for implementation of advertising programs (including model selections, incentive selections, creative rotations, etc)
- Communicate regularly with Regional Account Director and Account Supervisors within the market to obtain both direction and offer strategic insight
- Manage and distribute regular Regional Reporting, including weekly inventory reports and sales reporting for internal team and client team
- Track Regional incentive changes and LMA specific incentives

This position will be responsible for the management and strategy of in-house digital media to run campaigns effectively and efficiently.
